The Squamish Reporter – Interview with Carolyn Morris on Squamish CAN Grow Community Garden

This Canada Day the weather finally turned and gave us a little sunshine. It was the perfect day to pop down to the corner of Cleveland and Main in Squamish to see the newest community garden in town. Run by the Squamish Climate Action Network, the garden is an example of what can happen when hands, funds and energy come together in a perfect mix. The project is not only allowing people without garden space to grow their own food, it is providing food for the local food distribution center (Helping Hands Society) and educating people about growing food and food security. Read more about the garden in The Squamish Reporter in my story here.
